How It Started
A Local Company With a Clear Standard
Joe Benedetto founded Benedetto Heating & AC LLC in 2005 with a straightforward belief that HVAC work should be done with precision, honesty, and pride. No shortcuts. No guessing. Just quality work that stands the test of time.
What started as a one-man operation in Essex, CT has grown into a 10-person team of licensed technicians, apprentices, and support staff serving homeowners and businesses across coastal Connecticut. Over two decades later, that founding belief hasn’t changed. Every system we install, every service call we take, and every customer we work with is held to the same standard Joe set on day one.
We’re not a franchise. We’re not a call center with contractors. We’re a local, family-owned company that puts its name on every job and takes that seriously.
